At Raja Theertha Constructions & Contractors, we prioritize the protection of client accounts and materials assets. Review rules below:
1. Site Assessment Access
By submitting our online cost projection registries, you grant permission for our accredited site surveyor to physically review your plot parameters, measure boundaries, and verify road clearances.
2. Material Brand Lockdown
Pricing figures remain estimates until a physical brand-list agreement is signed. Contracts bind us strictly to listed cement structural grades and TMT steel columns.
3. Municipal Delays Disclaimer
Raja Theertha manages engineering blueprints and setback plans conforming to GHMC zoning laws, but cannot be held liable for administrative delays inside local TS-bPASS surveyor approvals.
