Civil Construction Transparency Codes
At Raja Theertha Constructions & Contractors, we prioritize the protection of client accounts and materials assets. Review rules below:
1. Initial Booking Cancellations
All payments, booking amounts, service charges, and package-related payments are non-refundable unless specifically required by applicable law or confirmed in a signed written agreement by Raja Theertha Constructions & Contractors.
2. Milestone Drawdown Allocations
Construction budgets operate on stage-by-stage milestone drawdowns (e.g. plinth level, slab casting, brickwork core). Released milestone funds are spent immediately on-site for material procurement and cannot be refunded.
3. Unused Material Audits
Upon project completion, any unused brand allowances listed in contracts (e.g. tile allowances or electrical fittings difference) are adjusted immediately as credit in the final itemized balance billing statement.
