•GHMC, HMDA, or local municipal building construction permission, approval fees, and agent processing costs

•Soil testing charges and structural laboratory certification reports
•Passenger or cargo lift installation, cabin structure, and machine-room coordination
•Compound wall, main gate structure, and custom decorative entrance archway
