1. Calculation Tolerances
Interactive estimation calculations are produced using regional Hyderabad civil algorithms. They provide baseline budgeting projections with a standard tolerance of +-12% depending on specific aesthetic front elevation drafts.
2. Subsoil Conditions Exclusion
All cost forecasts assume standard, firm geological sub-soil strata. Excavations encountering deep subterranean water layers or high-resistance granite rock requiring specialized drills are priced as separate items.
3. Municipal Regularization Limits
Every calculation excludes costs corresponding to official GHMC/HMDA building permit deposits, electrical transformer charges, structural lift setups, and TS-bPASS administrative fees.
